I must say that other than Hyun Bin, this show is simply lousy.
The first two episode were really good. It was well-planned and shot. The storyline was captivating. However, beyond episode 10, it became really draggy. The ending was really lame. I am regretting spending that money. I should have saved it up.
A few things I like about the show:
1. In episode 1, Hyun Bin appeared as a cool but warm-hearted bodyguard. He was gentle and of course handsome.
2. In episode 2, Hyun Bin fell in love with the girl and whatever he did was really so charming.
I have just repeated the show for these two episode. Yet to go to number 3. There were some comical parts in the show. However, they were rare.

The storyline:
1. Gal called Qiong Er was adopted by this Irish couple. She came back to Korea because her Irish parents and brother were killed. She witnessed the killing and denied knowing them in front of the killers to save her own life. She bore the guilt and was mentally sick and hospitalised for a year. She came back to Korea to find peace.
2. Qiong Er met Jiang Guo (Hyun Bin) in the plane. Hence, started their romance. Hyun Bin pitied her mental condition and decided to protect her.
3. Qiong Er and Jiang Guo got married.
4. Love triangle started after Qiong Er met Caifu. Jiang Guo was hurt by it but maintained that Qiong Er was only lost for the moment. He treasured and honored marriage. Basically, he was charming throughout the show.
5. The show dragged on and on between Qiong Er, Caifu and Jiang Guo. Then came that Caifu could be Qiong Er's brother. However, DNA test proved otherwise. Hence, their love triangle went on and on.
6. Caifu was cohabiting with another gal who was a porn star. However, later left her. That gal then fell in love with Jiang Guo because he was protecting her as a bodyguard.
7. While protecting that gal, Jiang Guo fell in love with her without realising. He was still persistent in keeping his marriage. To him, Qiong Er was his only love.
8. The show dragged on and on. Qiong Er got pregnant. Caifu met an accident and became lame, and left Qiong Er. Caifu came back and left again.
9. Jiang Guo finally realised that his idea of love was very different from Qiong Er and decided to let her go. They got divorced amiably.
10. Ending of the show: I don't know. It just showed Qiong Er and Jiang Guo becoming friends and awaiting for the arrival of their child. As for that gal, Jiang Guo professed his love for her. Caifu? Ending showed him carrying a child version of Qiong Er. Jiang Guo greeting the child version of the gal. That gal talking to the child version of Jiang Guo. Qiong Er greeting the child version of Caifu. The end. Lame ending.

Overall, I like Hyun Bin's acting and image in the show. No wonder he is so popular in Korea after this show. Wholesome image, respects marriage, protects the weak, sensitive and cute. In the show, he was deemed as handsome or beautiful. Fantastic image. He won the best newcomer in 2004 with this show. I am not surprised. Good acting and handsome. What do you expect?

If you think in Samsoon, he was charming, try watching Ireland. Ireland was his earlier drama. After watching it, I realised many charming actions, facial expressions, and smiles were the repeats of his character in Ireland.

I will post some parts of Ireland here once I am done with Snow Queen.

After this show, I realise that Hyun Bin is an actor on his own. His looks is just a bonus.

I hope to see more of him in future.
